Happy Choose Kind Day!
Inspired by R.J. Palacio's book, Wonder. The main character, Auggie, celebrates his birthday on October 10th. To help him celebrate let's get out the word about the Choose Kind movement by spreading kindness to one and all. Peter and Jacob Danielson made this cool video promoting the annual event.
What will you do to celebrate?
It could be as simple as holding the door for another person, picking up treats for your coworkers, lending a listening ear to a friend who's down, using the hashtag #ChooseKind on Facebook and Twitter (@CCAKidsTweet), or by helping Children's Craniofacial Association raise money. The money you raise for the Choose Kind campaign helps us buy and donate books to school systems. Then kids across the country will receive the message of acceptance thanks to donors like you!
