Exercise always makes me feel incredible. It gives you energy, an improved mood, and warmth (sometimes in the form of sweat). Go ahead, get out there! Volunteer with a group that means something to you. Or do things you love and seek out new people at the same tme. The more people you talk to or help, the more wonderful you are sure to feel.
